I saw something that I like, how do I bring home the earrings?
Drop me an email at earringaddict@gmail.com, indicate which pair you want, quantity, any changes you desire and your mode of payment.

What if the design I like is already sold out?
No worries, most of the designs can be remade as long as there are available beads, unless it has been indicated to be a one piece only design. Although, there is a cap of 3 pairs per design to ensure exclusivity. But not to worry, just email me and I'll be able to let you know if it can still be remade.

Hmm.. I like a particular design, but I don't like the length. Can you do something about it?
Sure not a problem at all. In fact, length isn't the only customizable option. Afterall that's why we all go after handmade earrings, because we can create something that is uniquely yours. Other options such as beads, ear hooks (to studs, different types of earhooks), colour, whatever you think you'd prefer changed, just let me know and i'll change it for you.

So you do customizations?
Ditto that and I am open to other types of accessories as well. If you have a particular design in mind, drop me an email and we can discuss. Better still if you have a picture, but even if you don't no worries about it I'm sure we can come up with something together.

For all that hard work involved I ought to pay you a little extra.
There is a customization fee of between SGD2 - SGD5 per pair of earrings. Basically that's for my transportation to buy beads and parts for you. Even if I buy beads which you do not eventually use, you don't get charged for that. I don't think anyone would be able to get away with that either, lol, don't worry no such evil intentions.

For remakes as well?
Nope no extra surcharge for remakes even if I've run out of the beads and have to make a bead shopping trip specially for you.

Ok, so you said I can get my hands on the pair that I like, what are the modes of payment again?
Bank Transfers to my POSB account or Paypal.

So are you going to send it to me or what?
All earrings are sent through post, but there is a surcharge of SGD1.00 as I pack them in postpac envelopes which are lined with bubble wrap to ensure the earrings arrive safe and sound. *cross fingers* I do think that our friendly postmen and postwomen aren't that rough. I can only promise you that I ship it in the best condition it is. Registered mail is available at SGD3.00, just let me know which mailing option you prefer.

What if I stay overseas?
Postage fees would be advised accordingly.

Why should I go for registered mail when standard mail serves me just fine?
With registered mail, you're assigned a tracking number to track it should anything go wrong. There has been cases of missing mail as Singpost uses a mail sorting machine and some of these delicate packages can get jammed and basically go to mail purgatory where they're lost wandering souls. You don't want that happening to your pretty darlings do you?

My earring parts looks discoloured/ beads has dropped/ doesn't look like what it looked like when it first arrived. Is it R.I.P. time for my poor earrings?
Nope not until I've given up hope on it. Anytime you think your pair of earrings is unwell, just send it back to me and I'll repair it for you at no cost at all. However, do note that it is subject to availability of parts, esp. beads, as the shop that I've purchased my beads from and myself may no longer have the beads anymore.
